Who are qualified?
EZ Credit and Pay EZ Loans are available to Holy Gardens Memorial Park plot owners, Holy Gardens Chapel customers and any Unisun Homes subdivision owners. For details, see below.
How much is the Loanable Amount?
The loanable amount is based on 50% of the lot price. The lot price will depend on what type of lot the owner/borrower had. However, the maximum Loanable Amount that the borrower can avail is up to P100,000.00 only regardless of the type of lot owned (for those whose lot is SSN, Garden Estate and Junior Estate).

How much are the Finance Charges?
1. Processing Fee - 2% of the Approved Loan Amount
2. Documentary Stamp Tax (DST) - P1.50 for every P200.00 of the Approved Loan Amount
3. Down payment - 10% of the price of item/unit availed (for Pay EZ Loan only)
4. Interest Rate
  - 2% of the Approved Loan Amount per month, for EZ Credit
  - 1.5% of the Approved Loan Amount per month, for Pay EZ

Residency: Philippine residents only
Age Requirement: 21-58 years old
Minimum Gross Annual Income: PhP 100,000.00 for employed and self-employed
Telephone Availability: Must have telephone landline at place of residence and business
Ownership Requirement:
Available for Holy Gardens Memorial Park Angono, Manila East (Taytay), Valley (Antipolo), Greenhills (Calamba), Evergreen (Batangas), Matutum (Polomolok), Oton (Iloilo), Pangasinan, Calapan, La Union plot owners and Holy Gardens Chapel customers. Also for owners of any Unisun Homes subdivision.
Certificate of Ownership, Certificate of Entitlement:
Must be in the name of the principal borrower and unused. In case the borrower authorized a person to use his memorial plot or service as collateral to loan, a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) must be submitted. Prior to loan release, the original Certificate of Ownership (CO) and Deed of Sale (DOS) or Certificate of Entitlement (CE) and Offer to Purchase (OTP) must be surrendered to Unishire as collateral.

Q: Who can apply for EZ Credit or PAY EZ loan?

A: Anyone who meets the basic qualification and documentary requirements can apply for EZ Credit (Cash loan) or PAY EZ (appliances, cellular phone or furniture loan).

Q: How much can I borrow?

A: You can borrow up to 50% of the current market value of your memorial plot or Service at Holy Gardens Memorial Park, maximum of P100,000.00

Q: How do I apply?

A: 1. You may visit any Holy gardens Memorial Park office nearest you and submit all the documentary requirements. Fill up the application form and sign all the necessary forms and documents, or
2. You may complete the application form online, print it and visit any Holy gardens Memorial Park office nearest you and submit all the documentary requirements and the form, or
3. You may complete the application form online, print it and send it, together with all the documentary requirements, through FAX or mail.

Q: How much interest will I be charged?

A: For EZ Credit, interest rate is 2% per month while for PAY EZ, the interest rate is only 1.5% per month.

Q: What are the loan periods available to me?

A: You can choose your loan period from one month to 12 fixed monthly installments.

Q: How do I pay for my EZ Credit or PAY EZ loan?

A: Paying your EZ Credit or PAY EZ loan is so easy! You can pay your monthly amortization in cash or check at any Holy Gardens Office or you may deposit your payment at Unishire account in any Metrobank branches.
